Conference Registration

Registration for the conference is now open. The following registration options are available:

Early bird deadline: January 5, 2018
Regular deadline: Postmark by February 28, 2018

Online Registration: Online registration for the conference is closed. Onsite registration for the conference will begin at the Sheraton Atlanta at 8:00am on Wednesday, March 14th.

Paper Registration: We are no longer accepting paper registration forms in the office as we finalize our materials for Atlanta. Onsite registration will begin at the Sheraton Atlanta at 8:00am on March 14th.

Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing and postmarked by January 10, 2018 will be refunded minus a 30% administrative fee. No refunds will be given after January 10th. Please note that individuals registered for continuing education are able to request a refund for CE fees paid up until the first day of the conference (March 14, 2018) to allow for review of the conference program. All hotel cancellations must be made directly with the Sheraton Atlanta.

Accommodations for Disabilities

Interpretek will be providing sign language services for our opening plenary, general session on grand challenges, the president's address and our closing banquet. Individuals needing to request specific accommodations may do so at the time of registration either online or using the paper registration form. Individuals needing specific housing accommodations can make those requests at the time of their reservation with the Sheraton Atlanta. Please contact if you need additional information.

A note about the full conference program

 The the full conference program is available no later than 1 month before the start of the conference. For individuals needing to see the full conference program prior to registration we continue to accept conference registrations at the regular rate until 2 weeks before the conference in our office and also offer onsite registration at the regular rate. 

We encourage you to use the mobile program at or download the app by searching for eventmobi in your app store and entering the meeting code bpd18. The mobile program/app contain the most up to date information about the conference, including information that has changed since the print program went into production.
